When you visit the website

The website includes no Björk Lab analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. Fonts and images load from the website itself. Your language is determined by the page address and is not saved in a cookie.

The website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request times, to deliver and protect the service.

When you contact us

When you submit the form, we receive your email address and the link or description you share about your business. We use these details to prepare a website preview with the help of AI tools and to reply to you. The preview is reviewed before we send a reply. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to include.

We use these details to reply and discuss your enquiry. For a potential project, processing may be necessary to take steps before entering a contract. Other correspondence is handled based on our interest in answering enquiries. Please share only what is needed and avoid sensitive personal information.

Storage and access

Form enquiries are stored with Cloudflare and handled in our workflow with Notion and OpenAI. Technical information is also used to limit repeated form attempts. We do not publish your contact email address in the website preview. Email is handled through Zenbox and Gmail. Information needs to be retained while the conversation is ongoing and for as long as required for the project or applicable obligations. The retention period therefore depends on the enquiry.
